In this interview with Andrew Geoghegan on Ausbiz, Tom Waterhouse discusses the latest news out of New Zealand, with the online casino regulation bill moving to the next stage of legalisation. Tom also discusses the similarities between issues faced by New Zealand and Australia, particularly the substantial offshore leakage.

Tom discusses a report from the Australian Wagering Association which estimates $3.6b in leakage to illegal offshore casino operators. He also references Brazil as a potential model for stemming this offshore flow.
